A story on NewsForge today points out that a Reuters story on Yahoo (and CNN and others) contains instructions for defeating the copy controls on some CDs. This violates the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

My fear is that Sony will ignore the violation. They must know that the First Amendment will crush the DMCA in court. If they want to keep their law, they'll have to let this one go.
